Our workout classes are a great way to stay active and enjoy some very important 'me-time', alongside like-minded people and our welcoming, motivational instructors.


Yoga

Fun and friendly classes, Yoga is known to offer benefits including improved efficiency of lungs and cardio-vascular system, improved posture, flexibility and strength, improved concentration, enhanced feeling of well-being, better quality sleep, reduction of anxiety and depression, and increased flexibility. Adaptations are given for anyone with health problems.

Mats are provided, just wear something comfortable to stretch in and bring a drink.

Pilates

Starting with some gentle warm up exercises to free up the body and warm up the muscles and joints and then a range of standing but mainly mat exercises to stretch, strengthen and tone all of the body with the use of the breath, paying particular attention to core strength which in turn helps to support the spine and strengthen the back.

Mats, straps, blocks and chairs are provided, just wear something comfortable that you can stretch in and bring a drink.

Forever Fit

 Forever Fit are sessions that are especially designed for those over the age of 50 and offer a range of activities that are a great way to get fit, stay active and meet new people. 

Forever Fit Yoga & Pilates

The class is suitable for mixed ability participants, including those who have never done yoga before and is led by an instructor from the British Wheel of Yoga. 

Social Badminton & Racketball

A way to socialise, meet new people, get fit and have fun on court - no need to book just turn up! All abilities and fitness levels welcome and all equipment provided. Suitable for over 50s.
