Camps at Lilleshall

Train, play and stay at one of the most prestigious sports training centres in the country. Lilleshall National Sports Centre is a leading sports training facility providing a completely unique experience for any club, team or organisation looking to host a residential sports camp.

Our sporting credentials are second to none. We are the proud home to sporting National Governing Bodies including British Gymnastics, Archery GB and England Hockey. We have also been awarded the status of "Elite Training Centre" by UK Sport. Our state-of-the-art facilities and spectacular surroundings provide an ideal setting for athletes to hone their skills and develop their passion for their sport.

Residential camps offer a unique experience helping teams to improve their game. We understand that organising a residential camp for your group or club can be a daunting task, which is why our dedicated team is on hand to provide all the support you need from planning your itinerary to organising meals and accommodation for your athletes.

An Example Itinerary

How your stay at Lilleshall could look...

Day One

Upon arrival on Day One, participants will settle in with a site orientation tour before enjoying lunch in the athletes’ dining room. The afternoon includes the first pitch training session, giving players the chance to develop skills and prepare for competition-level activity. Following dinner, athletes can enjoy supervised free time to relax, recover, and socialise with teammates.
