Our Gym
We have a 20-station gym, including Octane cross-trainers, Powerplate technology and Life Fitness and Hammer Strength cardio and strength equipment.
Our gym memberships start at just £16.99 per month, and you can also visit for £6.00 on a pay as you go basis.
We also have a range of other activities available on a pay as you play basis, please get in touch for more information.

MORE Membership
To access our centre on a pay-as-you-go basis, you will need a free MORE Membership. Our MORE Membership gives casual customers a host of complimentary member benefits with no formal contract. With a MORE Membership, you'll be able to access all the features on our My MORE App - from booking into classes & activities online, card-free centre access, tracking your workouts and gaining reward points to redeem in the centre and more!
We like to treat our new members, so once you have signed up to a membership at Lilleshall National Sports & Conferencing Centre, you’ll be pleased to know there will be some treats for you to enjoy!
At Lilleshall National Sports & Conferencing Centre new members will receive a free hot drink and a £5 gift voucher.

Our My MORE App is free for all our members and is a fantastic motivational tool to help support you with your fitness journey, including exclusive customer discounts, card-free access to your centre, monthly fitness challenges and rewards for your workouts!
Accessibility at Lilleshall House and Gardens
Every visitor to our centre is important to us and we want to help make your visit as easy as possible.
At the centre we provide the following facilities to make it accessible to everyone: accessible parking, accessible toile, shower and changing facilities.
We also offer Personal Assistant or Carer passes and are assistance dog friendly!
