The Duke of Sutherland and Chapters rooms provide a high quality corporate meeting and conferencing venue within Lilleshall Hall. Complete with wi-fi and access to the terrace and Capability Brown inspired gardens, this provides the perfect setting for conferences of 10 to 60 delegates.

Lecture Theatre

The 166 seat lecture theatre boasts AV/IT presentation equipment, seating, lighting and air conditioning/heating.

The state of the art AV/IT presentation equipment enables you to arrive with your presentation on a memory stick/CD and within minutes be ready to deliver to your audience.  The interactive screen allows the you to face your audience the entire time and, if required, make amendments, highlight key points and add notations.

The lecture theatre is available to be booked in conjunction with any of our meeting and conference rooms. 

 

Queens Hall Seminar Rooms

Located within the Queen Elizabeth II Building, Queens Seminar Rooms 2 and 3 are perfect for smaller meetings of 2 – 24 people.  The seminar rooms are versatile and can accommodate a range of meeting room set ups and with doors opening out onto a balcony overlooking the gardens, there is an ideal space for break times.

The rooms can be used independently, or being located next to the lecture theatre, they can be utilised as break-out rooms for larger conferences.

Ford Hall Exhibition Space and Seminar Rooms

Ford Hall consists of an exhibition space for up to 250 delegates (300 for dining), two seminar rooms, accommodating up to 40 and 24 delegates and a bar area that can accommodate up to 40 delegates and so is perfect for larger conferences.  The facilities can be booked independently or as a whole.
