40% off room hire at Lilleshall – Terms and Conditions

  • This offer provides a 40% discount on the standard room hire charge for eligible events held at Lilleshall

  • The booking must be made and confirmed by 31 October 2026.

  • The event must take place on or before 31 December 2026.

  • A booking will only be considered confirmed once Lilleshall has received any required signed booking agreement, deposit and/or payment specified by the venue.

  • The offer applies to new bookings and new enquiries only. It cannot be applied retrospectively to existing, provisional or previously quoted bookings.

  • The discount applies to the room hire charge only. It does not apply to food or drink, delegate packages, accommodation, equipment hire, activities, staffing, entertainment or any other products, services, upgrades or additional charges.

  • The discount has no cash value and no cash or credit alternative will be offered.

  • The offer cannot be transferred, exchanged or used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, negotiated rate or discount.

  • The offer is subject to room availability and applies only to eligible dates, rooms and events, as confirmed by the Lilleshall sales team.

  • Any changes to the booking, including a change of date, are subject to availability. If the event is moved to a date after 31 December 2026, the promotional discount will no longer apply and the booking will be charged at the applicable rate.

  • If the booking is cancelled, the offer cannot be transferred to another booking. Lilelshall's standard cancellation charges and booking terms will apply.

  • All bookings remain subject to Lilleshall’s standard venue hire terms and conditions.

  • Lilleshall reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion before a booking is confirmed. Once a qualifying booking has been confirmed, the agreed discount will be honoured in accordance with these terms.
