Grass Pitches (Football and Rugby)
On site there are 8 football pitches and 1 rugby pitch all kept to an exceptional standard. Great care is taken to look after our training facilities and it is no wonder that teams from all over the country visit, whether it is just for a day's training on their way to a fixture or for a residential training camp. The Football Association run a wide range of residential based coaching courses at Lilleshall with many professional footballers in attendance.Over the years we have also accommodated numerous high profile teams and organisations, including clubs from abroad, such as Manchester United Academy, England Ladies Rugby Union squads, Warrington Wolves RLFC, Rochdale AFC, Shrewsbury Town, Charlton Athletic, Sheksna F.C., Tokai University and many more. All of Lilleshall's facilities are aimed at making sure visiting teams find their stay a worthwhile one.
