Dickensian Christmas at Lilleshall

This festive season, diners in Lilleshall’s very own Chapters Restaurant and visitors to the Party Nights in Ford Hall will be going back in time as staff will be dressed in Victorian costume to add to the Christmas feel and support the new look Dickensian menu theme that has been promoted by the Centre.

This year, despite the credit crunch, bookings are looking really healthy for the Christmas Fayre and Party Night bookings. Christmas covers in Chapters alone are now up to 736 for December, which is a fantastic achievement, and is testament to the growing reputation that Chapters Restaurant now has in the local area. Party Night Bookings currently stand at over 300 covers and promition of these is ongoing.

The Chapters team have made a super effort this year and Chapters really does look like a scene out of a TV adaptation of a Dickensian novel. Decorations are simple but effective with holly and candles adorning the fireplace and even tangerines, walnuts and chestnuts on the tables.

Lee Moore, General Manager commented; "Christmas Fayre bookings this year are 30% up on last year and the whole catering team will be working incredibly hard throughout December with daytime and evening sittings in the restaurant.
